1. Agreement to Terms

By using the weavelry.com website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

• License to Us: By posting User Content, you grant weavelry.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting purposes), and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
• Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that its posting does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of User Content you post.

4. Community Guidelines

All users must adhere to our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Marketplace Terms

The Marketplace is a venue that allows users to offer, sell, and buy certain craft-related items. weavelry.com is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

• We Are a Venue: We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, morality, legality, or accuracy of any aspect of the items listed, or the ability of sellers to sell items, or buyers to pay for items.
• Disputes: Any disputes regarding a transaction must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. weavelry.com has no obligation to mediate or resolve such disputes.
• Release: You release weavelry.com, including its officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Site in any medium.
• Using any automated system, including robots or spiders, to access the Site.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
• Attempting to interfere with the server’s integrity or security.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other harmful software agents through the Site.
• Posting content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, weavelry.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or its content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
